Book Review: Dr Oz – You on a Diet
I have recently bought Dr Oz’s book “YOU: On a diet”, here is my short review:
YOU: On A Diet is the work of Drs. Oz and Michael Roizen that tries to give people a clearer and more realistic view on their diet. The two authors explain all the ordinary body functionsa and processes and how everything we eat can have a great effect. You will have to find a balance between excercises and food to really improve your health. Dr Oz shares valuable insights how you can achieve it in a relatively short time.
Everyone who ever wanted to loose weight should read through this! Must read.
