The neti pot flushs the nasal passages with salt water. This neti pot is a good way to deal with nasal problems and has been used for centuries. It’s like a teapot with warm water and salt. When you pour the mixture through one nostril it will come out the other (that’s the basic prinicpal).
Many people nowadays swear that nasal irrigation helps them. Dr. Mehmet Oz is a firm believer too. He presented this technique, that clears up the sinuses completely, on the Oprah Winfrey Show once.It is used to treat many chronic sinus symptoms and can even help you use to reduce use of medication (antibiotics etc.).
Neti Pots are also used for Yoga, because controlled breathing is very essential if you want to master Yoga.
Just a reminder, if you decide to get a resveratrol trial, start taking it slowly. What scares me is that people blindly follow the instructions of Dr. Sinclair. On 60 minutes he recommended to take 320mg each day. Therefore many believe that this is the correct resveratrol dosage, but consider that your body has to get used to it.
Dr. Sinclair is a leading resveratrol expert, but he was talking about the dosage that is needed to get the best results. You can’t expect to start taking 320mg each day immediately without any side effects. Some consumer report nose-bleeding, because they took a very high dose straight from the beginning. So, please make sure to start taking it slowly.

I was pretty impressed after reading this quote from Dr.Oz about calorie restriction:

So, basically you eat a lot less to maximize your body’s efficiency. It sounds logical that the body does not have to put in 100% because we are always well-fed and can “recharge” our energy by eating whenever we want to. That would also explain why Chinese people, who are rarely as well-fed as the average person of western socities, live longer.
If you combine calorie restriction and resveratrol, you can dramatically increase your longevity. Obviously, the tough part for most people is to change their eating habits. Taking a pill is easy, we are used to it – but we are not used to feeling hungry. Some people even get angry when they are hungry. But it’s the key! Find out why staying hungry is the key.
Belly fat refers to visceral fat. It is deep inside the body system and is the most dangerous fat you can pile up. The health risks are severe, that’s why you have to get rid of it!

Sit-ups won’t help!

If you divide your height by 2, that number should be more than your current waist size. If it is not, then you have too much belly fat!

Vitamin D - lack of sunlight can be a cause of vitamin D deficiency
Vitamin D:
If you spend a lot of time outdoors, you should have enough of it, because you are getting it naturally through direct sun exposure.
However, on rainy days or if you mainly work inside a building, you should consider to take vitamin D. You will not only feel better, you will also strengthen your health. It can prevent cancer and heart problems.
DHA omega-3
You can get this vitamin through fish oil or by taking DHA omega-3 supplements. 600 milligrams a day is a recommendation from Dr. Oz. This is the most efficient vitamin to reduce heart diseases, cancer and to some extents wrinkles.
Multivitamin for women: Pre/Post-menopausal
Women (before the menopause) are supposed to consume multivitamin + iron (vitamin A: 5.000 units) .
Women (after the menopause) are supposed to consume multivitamin (vitamin A: 2500 units).
