To keep your body in good shape you have to do them. They are like chores, but the benefits will be greater. It’s your own health after all.

Dr Oz recommends daily exercises
Recommended Exercises:
Dr Oz Aerobic Exercise: 20 minutes of aerobic exercise per day (often referred to as cardiovascular exercise)
Dr Oz Strength Exercise: pull ups, leg lift, lunges – the basic exercises you can do at home
Dr Oz Flexibility Exercise: yoga positions (up/down god), warrior position, plank position (more info about yoga positions)
Dr Oz Meditation exercise: 5 minutes of meditation/day
